About
Founded in 1979 as a small plant active in metal industry, Formmetal began manufacturing cold formed spare parts as an automative supply industry in 1980.
The production has started with;
- Steel construction,
- MKE cylinders,
- Industrial machine spare parts
in Ostim Organized Industrial Area.
Formmetal expanded both its indoor and outdoor areas to its three times larger and in 1999, added the understructure of raised access floor systems to its production scale. In 2001, Formmetal moved to its current facilities located in Ankara 1. Organized Industrial Area.
The supplementary facilities where the current panel production which has been held since 2003 was activated in the second half of 2006.
Quality and honesty regarded as main principles, our firm has got its quality system having been applied since 1990’s certified by a TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate in November 2006.
By now, operating in a 4500 m2 indoor together with a 4200 m2 outdoor facilities, Formmetal continues the manufacturing of the following products mainly for Türk Traktör and Erkunt Tarım Makineleri:
- Tractor spare parts,
- Steel containers and pallets for plant use,
- Raised access floor system products certified via experiments carried out by Ceram Laboratories, UK.
In addition to its expert engineer and blue collar staff, Formmetal cooperates with its Sales and Execution staff of Formfloor offices located in Ankara and İstanbul.
